Nacho Fiesta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag tortilla corn chips
1 1/2 c. ground beef
1 c. refried beans
1 c. shredded cheese
3 Tbsp. sour cream
salsa sauce
Preparation

In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain off the oil and fat and set aside.
In a small pan, heat the refried beans on a large plate.
Spread out the tortilla chips.
Spoon the ground beef onto the chips and then the refried beans.
Top off with the shredded cheese.
Place in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
(Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.)
Spoon the sour cream onto the center of the chips.
Add salsa sauce, if desired.
