Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
    2 c. low-fat small-curd cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    8 oz. finely grated Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese mixed (low-fat)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil and drain potatoes.
    Mash with margarine and milk until fluffy.
    Add onions, cottage cheese, salt and pepper; mix well. Put in 3-quart greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
