Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton recipe secrets Italian herb with tomato recipe soup mix
    2 lb. ground round or chuck
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 eggs or egg substitutes
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
    Once mixed, split in half for 2 loaves, if desired. In a large pan or 2 small pans, shape into loaves.
    Bake 1 hour or until done.
    A large loaf serves 8, small serves 4.
