Bulgoki(Korean Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced beef
    1 medium size onion
    1 Tbsp. sake (Korean wine)
    6 to 7 pieces garlic
    2 pieces green onion
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 pieces carrot
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 head broccoli
Preparation
    Pour sake in the sliced beef.
    Add sugar, soy bean sauce and black pepper in beef mixture.
    Slice onion.
    Chop the green onion. Chop the garlic.
    Slice carrots.
    Steam broccoli.
    Mix all together.
    Add sesame oil.
    Heat the pan.
    Add corn oil lightly and cook over medium heat.
