Ingredients

3 eggs
4 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Blend with sugar.
Add melted oleo, then milk, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into pastry.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 35 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
