Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler fryer chicken
2 Tbsp. margarine/butter plus 2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 large cloves
garlic, finely chopped
Preparation

Cut chicken into pieces, cut each breast half into halves and remove skin.
Heat butter and oil in 13 x 9-inch pan in 375\u00b0 oven until melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Place chicken meat side down in pan, turning to coat with herb mixture.
Cook uncovered 30 minutes.
Turn chicken, cook until thickest pieces are done (about 30 minutes, longer).
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
