Summertime Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white or apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked twist macaroni, chilled
    2 c. julienne ham
    1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients in jar.
    Cover and shake vigorously.
    Combine macaroni with ham and next 3 ingredients.
    Add dressing and mix.
    Cover and chill to blend flavors.
    Serve.
    Makes 4 servings (about 9 cups).
