Tater Dipped Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
    2 eggs
    prepared dressing or dip (your choice)
    4 or 5 c. bite size vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, parboiled carrots, etc.)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine potato flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic powder and butter.
    In another bowl, beat the eggs.
    Dip vegetables, one at a time, in eggs, then potato mixture.
    Coat well.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with your choice of dressing or dip.
