Au Gratin Potatoes (Fancy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 to 16 potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    2 c. crumbled corn flakes
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    potatoes.
    Peel
    and shred.
    When cooled melt 3/4 of a stick
    of
    margarine in a 12-inch Dutch oven.
    Add potatoes, soups, sour cream and onions.
    Melt remaining 1/4 stick of margarine
    and pour over corn flake crumbs.
    Add corn flake crumb mix
    to
    cheese
    and then top potato mixture with cheese mix. Bake 55 minutes with 12 coals on top and 12 coals on the bottom.
