Smoked Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large can pink salmon, remove oil and flake
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Form into log shape and roll in 1/2 cup nuts.
