Shrimp And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and ready to eat
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt to taste
dash of cayenne
3 whole eggs, beaten
1 pt. milk
1/4 to 1/2 c. white wine
Preparation

Layer bread in bite size pieces in greased casserole.
Pour margarine over.
Beat eggs.
Add mustard and salt to eggs.
Add milk.
Mix. Pour over other ingredients in casserole.
Let stand minimum of 3 hours, preferably overnight in refrigerator covered. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 covered.
May add onion flakes.
To double, use 3 pounds of shrimp.
