Crabmeat In Shells(Yields 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped or sieved
    3 c. crab meat
    1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter in Teflon skillet; stir in flour and salt.
    Add milk gradually.
    Add parsley, lemon juice, mustard and horseradish.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add eggs and crabmeat.
    Place into shells and top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
