Praline-Yam Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium yams
    1/2 c. brown sugar, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Cook yams in microwave or on stove until tender.
    Peel and mash in a large bowl.
    Beat in eggs, 1/4 cup of the brown sugar, 2 tablespoons oleo and salt.
    Spoon mixture into a 1-quart buttered casserole.
    Arrange pecan halves over top.
    Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and drizzle the 1/4 cup melted oleo on top. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
