Cherry Tomato Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pt. cherry tomatoes or 6 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash tomatoes and let dry or slice and drain. Butter an 8
x 12-inch casserole dish.
Place tomatoes evenly on bottom. Cover with onion and pepper.
Mix seasonings and bread crumbs and sprinkle
over
tomatoes.
Dot
with butter and cover with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
