Deviled Tuna And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) pkg. fine noodles, cooked
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
1 c. soft bread crumbs, mixed with 3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
4 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. peas
1/4 c. chopped olives
Preparation

Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter until soft. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
When slightly thickened, add tomato juice and combine with noodles, peas, tuna and olives.
Pour into buttered casserole and cover with crumbs.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, until crumbs are brown.
Serves 8.
