Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained (save half the liquid)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine ingredients (including liquid) and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into oiled (lightly sprayed) 8 x 8 x 2 baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
