Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. mashed, peeled tomatoes (real ripe)
    1 1/2 pods green pepper, chopped
    2 small onions
    1 1/2 c. dark vinegar
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    Texas Pete to taste
    1 tsp. cinnamon (I use a little less)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook slow (3 to 3 1/2 hours or until as thick as you want it). Put in jars.
