Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small hot red pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. white mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine the vegetables, salt and sugar and cook until mixture begins to thicken, then add the vinegar and spices in a bag.
    Cook until mixture becomes a thick sauce.
    Pour into hot jars and seal immediately.
    Drain juice from vegetables before adding vinegar. This will shorten the cooking time.
