Bavarian Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. no-fat sour cream
    1 c. plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
    fresh strawberries, peaches, any type berries or drained canned pineapple
Preparation
    In bowl, mix instant pudding with whisk with milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add sour cream and yogurt.
    Whisk again.
    Cover and refrigerate two hours before serving.
    Spoon into dishes and top with choice of fruit.
