Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated, raw sweet potatoes, sprinkled with lemon juice
    3 c. milk
    4 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 1 hour.
    Can be assembled several days in advance.
    A good side dish to accompany the holiday bird.
