Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. egg noodles
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Brown meat mixture.
    Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook egg noodles until tender.
    Drain and add sour cream and cream cheese.
    Arrange meat and noodle mixture in a large greased oblong pan.
    Alternate layers ending with meat mixture.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
