Artichoke-Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichokes, drained
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of dried parsley
    seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Put artichokes in casserole dish.
    Saute mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes; drain (save butter in pan).
    Add mushrooms to artichokes.
    Put sour cream in pan with butter; blend well.
    Add seasonings and parsley; pour over artichokes and mushrooms.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
