Spinach Salad With Prosciutto Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped prosciutto
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    6 Tbsp. dry white wine
    6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 bag spinach, stemmed
    2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. grated Romano
Preparation
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
    Add prosciutto and garlic; saute 3 minutes.
    Add wine, lemon juice and sugar; simmer 5 minutes.
    Transfer to bowl and cool completely.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
