Crabmeat Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained and flaked
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1 (13 x 3-inch) French bread loaf, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, onion, milk, horseradish and salt, mixing well until blended.
    Stir in almonds.
    Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
