Peggy'S Vodka Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1/2 c. cut sun-dried tomatoes in liquid
    1/3 c. vodka
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. dried basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter and olive oil
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil and butter; remove from pan.
    Add vodka and bring to boil.
    Turn down heat; add tomatoes, cream and basil. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Return chicken to pan and cook until chicken is done (4 to 5 minutes).
    Serve at once.
    Serves 4.
