Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    2 c. hot water
    6 boneless pork chops
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix and hot water; place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place on top of rice mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover casserole; combine cream of celery soup and milk, and pour over casserole.
    Bake casserole, uncovered, 15 minutes.
