Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated sharp or medium sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, finely grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ritz crackers
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 7 minutes and drain.
    Combine broccoli with soup, mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
