Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/4 c. green pepper, very finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. Vidalia onion, very finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Squeeze juice out of pineapple.
    Combine with all ingredients except nuts.
    Shape into ball and roll in nuts on wax paper. Serve with Wheat Thins.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small.
