Flaky Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix Crisco, salt and 1/2 of water.
    Add flour and rest of water, a little at a time.
    Roll out thin layer of dough and spread with filling of your choice as much as you like.
    Put another crust on top.
    Prick with a fork all over and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until done, like for a pie.
