Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c chopped onion
    1/4 bell pepper
    2 tsp oil
    1 c boiling water
    1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
    1 can 4 oz sliced mushrooms
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    8 oz cooked, chopped chicken
    3 oz light velveeta
Preparation
    Saute 1/4 c chopped onion and 1/4 c bell pepper in 2 tsp oil. Add 1 c boiling water mied with 1 pkg ranch dressing mix.
    Add can of mushrooms, 1 can rtoel tomatoes, prepared chicken, and velveeta. Heat 5 minutes to let cheese melt; mix well.
    Layer mixture with 2 cups cooked spaghetti in a 8 x8 sprayed dish.
    Cook 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
