Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut thin slice from stem end of each pepper.
    Remove all seeds and membranes.
    Wash inside and outside. Heat 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to boiling.
    Add peppers; cook 5 minutes and drain.
