Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
    12 pimiento-stuffed olive slices
    fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Peel eggs; slice half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks; add mayonnaise and stir well.
    Add relish, mustard, salt and pepper; stir well.
    Spoon yolk mixture into a decorating bag fitted with a large star tip.
    Pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Top each stuffed egg with an olive slice and a sprig of parsley.
    Yields 6 servings.
