Mom Broussard'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread
    1 qt. milk
    5 eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut bread into cubes.
    Beat eggs.
    Add vanilla, salt, sugar, milk, pineapple and coconut.
    Pour over bread; mix well.
    Grease pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
