Ingredients

4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
4 egg yolks
2 c. 2% milk
1 Tbsp. butter
4 ripe bananas
Preparation

Mix flour, egg yolks, sugar and milk.
Cook in an iron skillet, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add butter and vanilla.
Stir well.
Add extra milk if filling is too thick.
