Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Set aside popped popcorn in a large metal bowl.
    Mix butter, Karo syrup, brown sugar and salt together and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes, not stirring.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and baking soda; pour over corn in bowl.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
