Cream Cheese Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. regular mayonnaise
    salt to taste
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. cucumber, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 medium red onion, grated
Preparation
    Drain all vegetables well!
    Mix well the drained vegetables, softened cream cheese, cheese, mayonnaise and salt. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
