Potluck Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can juice-pack crushed pineapple
    1 (2-layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Spread pineapple in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Crumble cake mix evenly over pineapple; sprinkle with almonds.
    Dot evenly with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
