Pecan Pie(1930) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter, then add sugar.
    Cream until light and fluffy. Add slightly beaten eggs and other ingredients.
    When all ingredients have been stirred up, pour mixture into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This makes 3 pies.
