Cheese Custard(Flan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 to 5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can whole milk
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix.
    In a solid cake pan, melt 4 to 5 tablespoons of sugar until caramel forms.
    Tilt pan so as to spread caramel to cover the sides.
    Pour mixture and place the cake pan in another pan containing 1/2-inch of water. (This is called bano Maria, similar to double boiling).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove and separate edges and cool overnight.
    Invert into a platter for serving so that caramel doesn't spill.
