Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small chopped pepper (green)
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/4 c. cooking wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 large can tomatoes
    8 oz. chili sauce
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. peeled shrimp or cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Saute onion, peppers and garlic in butter.
    Add liquid from tomatoes, salt, flour and water.
    Cook on low for 15 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms, sugar and wine; cook for 20 minutes.
