Swedish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. raw apples, diced
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Stir first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed; do not beat.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until it springs back when touched lightly in center.
