Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. brown stock from meat
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; add vinegar, then the brown sugar, lemon juice, catsup, stock or hot water, celery, salt and Worcestershire.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add water or more stock, if necessary.
