Baked Zucchini With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    2/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, onion, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper, parsley and oregano.
    Place in casserole and pour olive oil over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
