Mother'S Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lbs. meat (beef, pork, or chicken)
    3 bell peppers
    3 onions
    1 bunch celery
    3 cans bean sprouts
    2 cans water chestnuts
    2 cans bamboo sprouts
    2 c. water
    2 or 3 tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat until done. Add peppers, onions, and celery cut into chunks. Cook until turning yellow. Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and bamboo sprouts. cook until all is hot! Mix water, flour, and soy sauce well. Add to meat while stirring to thicken. Serve over heated chow mein noodles. May add soy sauce to taste.
