Surprise Salad(Aka Green Stuff) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lime jello
2 c. boiling water
2 small or 1 large pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipped canned milk
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. grated carrots (optional)

Preparation

Set jello with boiling water and pineapple juice.
When set, beat in cream cheese, milk, carrot, pineapple and sugar.
