Teriyaki Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can Dole pineapple chunks
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. slivered, fresh ginger root
    1 Tbsp. minced green onion
    5 tsp. teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 lb. sole fillets
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. minced, fresh ginger root
    1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Measure 2 tablespoons of juice from pineapple can; mix with garlic, slivered ginger, onion, 3 teaspoons of teriyaki sauce and vinegar.
    Arrange fish in shallow dish.
    Pour marinade over fish. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
    Arrange fish on greased broiler rack. Brush with marinade.
    Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
