Ingredients

8-inch flour tortilla
3 Tbsp. tomato or pasta sauce
sliced mushrooms
green onion, chopped
1/2 c. Mozzarella or Muenster cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. Parmesan or other hard cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation

Place tortilla between two sheets paper towel (pierce with fork first).
Microwave on High 1 minute or until barely crisp.
Place on paper plate lined with paper towel.
Spread with sauce. Sprinkle with mushrooms, onions, cheeses and oregano.
Microwave on Medium-high 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
