Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    boiling water
Preparation
    Place cheese in a double boiler top.
    Cook over boiling water until cheese is melted.
    Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth. Add Tabasco sauce and mustard. Blend thoroughly.
    Yields 2 cups.
