Enchiladas - cooking recipe

2 pkg. enchilada mix
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)
3 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 can black olives
15 large flour tortillas
4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet.
Prepare enchilada sauce mix according to directions on package.
Drain ground beef and mix 1/2 of sauce mix.
Place meat, about 3 tablespoons, on each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over meat.
Add about 1 teaspoon of chopped onion on each, roll and place in large casserole pan.
Continue until you run out of meat mixture.
Using ladle, pour remaining sauce mix over enchiladas.
Cover well; sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
Place in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted.
