Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. carrots, shredded
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix carrots, oil, eggs and sugar.
    Add pecans.
    Sift in salt, cinnamon and flour. Mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
